The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Wilson Wildcats (Dallas, TX) and the visiting Naaman Forest Rangers (Garland, TX), observed Wilson's softball team get by Naaman Forest by a tally of 12-8.

The Wildcats (3-4) will now prepare for their bout against Newman Smith (Carrollton, TX). The Trojans go into the non-league bout with a 0-5 record. In their last bout, Newman Smith was routed by North Mesquite (Mesquite, TX), 14-3, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Rangers clash with the Rowlett Eagles (Rowlett, TX) in a 6A Region II District 9 bout, on Tuesday, February 25. Naaman Forest will attempt to advance on its 4-6 season record.
