The Trinity Trojans softball team scored 2 runs and held the visiting The Colony Cougars to 1 in the Trojans non-league win on Saturday.
The Trojans now possess a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Haltom for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 15. Trinity will confront a Buffalos team coming off a 16-3 non-league loss to Midlothian (Midlothian, TX). The Buffalos record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, The Colony moves to 0-2 on the season. The Cougars travel to Denton (Denton, TX) to confront the Broncos in a non-league battle on Monday, February 24. The Broncos come into the battle with a record of 0-3.
