In Wednesday's non-league match, the host Beckman Patriots basketball team scored a tight 57-51 triumph over the Crescenta Valley Falcons.
In their next game, the Patriots meet the Ontario Christian Knights (Ontario, CA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, February 19. Beckman will attempt to move on its 17-9 season record. The Knights enter the match with a 27-3 record after their 63-42 non-league win over Corona del Mar (Newport Beach, CA).
With the defeat, Crescenta Valley moves to 11-7 on the year.
