Stone Tomcats (Wiggins, MS) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host St. Stanislaus Rock-a-Chaws (Bay St. Louis, MS), 5-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Stone upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Tomcats host Resurrection Catholic (Pascagoula, MS) to battle the Eagles in a non-league test on Thursday, February 23. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 1-3. Resurrection Catholic lost 4-2 in their recent non-league test against St. Patrick (Biloxi, MS)
With the defeat, St. Stanislaus falls to 0-2 on the season. The Rock-a-chaws host Oxford (Oxford, MS) to battle the Chargers in a non-league test on Saturday, February 18. The Chargers come into the test with a record of 2-0. Oxford won 13-12 in their recent non-league test against Baker (Mobile, AL)
