In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Ballard Memorial Bombers basketball team scored a good 79-68 triumph over the Trigg County Wildcats.
In their next game, the Bombers meet the Graves County Eagles (Mayfield, KY) in a District 3 match, on Tuesday, February 21. Ballard Memorial will attempt to move on its 13-9 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 8-16 record after their 70-39 non-league win over Carlisle County (Bardwell, KY).
With the defeat, Trigg County moves to 10-10 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Crittenden County (Marion, KY) to meet the Rockets in a District 5 match on Tuesday, February 21. The Rockets enter the match with a record of 7-12.
