Cameron Dragons (Cameron, WV) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Magnolia Blue Eagles (New Martinsville, WV), 61-56 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Cameron upgrades its record to 11-9 on the season. The Dragons host Brooke (Wellsburg, WV) to play the Bruins in a non-league bout on Friday, February 17. The Bruins go into the bout with a record of 9-11. Brooke won 43-40 in their recent non-league bout against Indian Creek (Wintersville, OH)

Next up, the Blue Eagles play the Oak Glen Golden Bears (New Cumberland, WV) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 18. Magnolia will attempt to upgrade on its 1-18 season record. The Golden Bears go into the bout with a 2-17 record after their 73-50 non-league win over Magnolia (New Martinsville, WV).
