The Canby Lancers basketball team (Canby, MN), was overwhelmed 77-56 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Hancock Owls (Hancock, MN)
The Owls now possess a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brandon/Evansville for a A Section 6 battle on Tuesday, February 21.
The Lancers (11-12) will now prepare for their battle against Tracy-Milroy-Balaton (Tracy, MN). The Panthers come into the A Section 3 battle with a 7-17 record. In their last battle, Tracy-Milroy-Balaton was overwhelmed by Red Rock Central (Lamberton, MN), 61-57, in a non-league battle.
