Kentucky High School Basketball - Caverna holds off Metcalfe County

Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Caverna Colonels (Horse Cave, KY) and the visiting Metcalfe County Hornets (Edmonton, KY), saw Caverna's basketball squad hold off Metcalfe County by a tally of 72-68.

With the victory, Caverna improves its record to 19-9 on the campaign. The Colonels host Green County (Greensburg, KY) to confront the Dragons in a District 18 challenge on Tuesday, February 21. The Dragons come into the challenge with a record of 9-9.
