In Thursday's non-league outing, the Clinton Gaels (Clinton, MA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting North Middlesex Regional Patriots (Townsend, MA), by a margin of 75-46.
The Gaels (15-3) will now prepare for their outing against Bromfield (Harvard, MA). The Trojans go into the non-league outing with a 13-6 record. In their last outing, Bromfield was trounced by Murdock (Winchendon, MA), 75-61, in a non-league outing.
The Patriots now own a 4-15 record. They play next when they travel to Chelmsford for a non-league outing on Saturday, February 18. North Middlesex Regional will clash with a Lions squad coming off a 67-49 league loss to Methuen (Methuen, MA). The Lions record now stands at 11-8.
