In Thursday's league match, the host Custer Wildcats basketball team scored a decisive 67-43 triumph over the Lead-Deadwood Golddiggers.
In their next game, the Wildcats face the Hot Springs Bison (Hot Springs, SD) in a A Region 8 match, on Saturday, February 18. Custer will attempt to move on its 8-10 season record. The Bison enter the match with a 15-3 record after their 60-47 non-league loss to Red Cloud (Pine Ridge, SD).
