In Thursday's non-league outing, the South Sioux City Cardinals (South Sioux City, NE) basketball squad nipped the visiting Le Mars Bulldogs (Le Mars, IA), by a margin of 54-52.
The Bulldogs now own a 4-18 record. They play next when they travel to Bishop Heelan Catholic for a Missouri River outing on Monday, February 20. Le Mars will clash with a Crusaders squad coming off a 65-50 non-league loss to Skutt Catholic (Omaha, NE). The Crusaders record now stands at 14-6.
