Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood Mavericks (Renville, ND) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Nedrose Cardinals (Minot, ND), 62-33 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood upgrades its record to 7-8 on the season. The Mavericks travel to Towner-Granville-Upham (Towner, ND) to play the Titans in a non-league bout on Friday, February 17. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 6-8. Towner-Granville-Upham won 62-57 in their recent league bout against Nedrose (Minot, ND)
