The Declo Hornets basketball team (Declo, ID), was overwhelmed 58-31 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Melba Mustangs (Melba, ID)
The Mustangs now possess a 22-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Side for a non-league battle on Friday, February 17. Melba will battle a Pirates team coming off a 48-44 non-league win over Ririe (Ririe, ID). The Pirates record now stands at 15-8.
The Hornets (10-13) will now prepare for their battle against Ririe (Ririe, ID). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 18-7 record. In their last battle, Ririe was overwhelmed by West Side (Dayton, ID), 48-44, in a non-league battle.
