In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Grand Rapids Thunderhawks basketball team scored a good 59-50 triumph over the Superior Spartans.
In their next game, the Thunderhawks meet the Esko Eskomos (Esko, MN) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, February 21. Grand Rapids will attempt to move on its 23-2 season record.
With the defeat, Superior moves to 22-3 on the year. The Spartans host Hibbing (Hibbing, MN) to meet the Bluejackets in a non-league match on Monday, February 20. The Bluejackets enter the match with a record of 3-8.
