Nevis Tigers (Nevis, MN) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Hill City/Northland (Hill City, MN), 60-21 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Nevis upgrades its record to 16-2 on the season. The Tigers travel to Kelliher/Northome (Northome, MN) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Friday, February 17. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 20-2. Kelliher/Northome won 86-14 in their recent non-league bout against Laporte (Laporte, MN)

Next up, the clash with the Carlton Bulldogs (Carlton, MN) in a A Section 7 bout, on Monday, February 20. Hill City/Northland will attempt to upgrade on its 5-14 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 6-16 record after their 60-18 league loss to Cromwell (Cromwell, MN).
