The Trinity Pioneers (Manchester, NH) basketball nipped the host Spaulding Red Raiders (Rochester, NH), 46-45 in Thursday's league test.
The Pioneers (2-8) will now prepare for their test against Pinkerton (Derry, NH). The Astros go into the Division I test with a 10-3 record. In their last test, Pinkerton was tipped by Bedford (Bedford, NH), 78-52, in a league test.
The Red Raiders now own a 5-7 record. They play next when they travel to Keene for a Division I test on Friday, February 17. Spaulding will encounter a Blackbirds squad coming off a 47-45 league loss to Winnacunnet (Hampton, NH). The Blackbirds record now stands at 3-8.
