Plant Panthers (Tampa, FL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Academy of the Holy Names Jaguars (Tampa, FL), 19-3 in a non-league test.

The Panthers now have a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Steinbrenner for a non-league test on Wednesday, February 22. Plant will face a Warriors squad coming off a 21-1 non-league win over Bloomingdale (Valrico, FL). The Warriors record now stands at 1-0.

In their next game, the Jaguars face the St. Petersburg Catholic Barons (St. Petersburg, FL) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, February 21. Academy of the Holy Names will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Barons come into the test with a 2-0 record after their 12-8 non-league win over Clearwater Central Catholic (Clearwater, FL).
