American Heritage Stallions (Delray Beach, FL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the visiting Spanish River Sharks (Boca Raton, FL), 12-9 in a non-league battle.
The Stallions now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host West Broward for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 18. American Heritage will clash with a Bobcats squad coming off a 14-5 non-league win over Palm Beach Central (Wellington, FL). The Bobcats record now stands at 2-1.
In their next game, the Sharks clash with the Coral Glades Jaguars (Coral Springs, FL) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, February 22. Spanish River will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Jaguars come into the battle with a 1-2 record after their 6-4 non-league win over Pompano Beach (Pompano Beach, FL).
