In Thursday's non-league test, the visiting Lakeland Dreadnaughts lacrosse squad scored a good 12-4 victory over the Lake Minneola Hawks.
The Dreadnaughts now have a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Tampa Prep for a non-league test on Saturday, February 18. Lakeland will face a Terrapins squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Winter Haven (Winter Haven, FL). The Terrapins record now stands at 1-0.
In their next game, the Hawks face the Trinity Prep Saints (Winter Park, FL) in a 1A D5 test, on Tuesday, February 21. Lake Minneola will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Saints come into the test with a 1-1 record after their 13-7 non-league win over East Ridge (Clermont, FL).
