Stockbridge Tigers (Stockbridge, GA) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Griffin Bears (Griffin, GA), 4-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Tigers face the Hampton Hornets (Hampton, GA) in a 4A Area 5 challenge, on Tuesday, February 28. Stockbridge will attempt to better on its 4-0 season record. The Hornets enter the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 11-1 non-league loss to Dutchtown (Hampton, GA).
The Bears now have a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Troup County for a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 28.
