Crosby Cougars (Crosby, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Caney Creek Panthers (Conroe, TX), 15-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Cougars now own a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dayton for a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 16. Crosby will face a Broncos squad coming off a 8-5 non-league loss to Crosby (Crosby, TX). The Broncos record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Caney Creek falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Grand Oaks (Spring, TX) to face the Grizzlies in a 6A Region II District 13 challenge on Tuesday, February 21. The Grizzlies enter the challenge with a record of 2-1. Grand Oaks won 16-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Fulshear (Fulshear, TX)
