The Mayfair Monsoons softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Woodrow Wilson Bruins to 3 in the Monsoons non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Mayfair moves its record to 2-0 on the year. The Monsoons host Brea Olinda (Brea, CA) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league game on Wednesday, February 22. The Wildcats come into the game with a record of 1-1. Brea Olinda lost 11-7 in their recent non-league game against Troy (Fullerton, CA)

In their next game, the Bruins clash with the Trabuco Hills Mustangs (Mission Viejo, CA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, February 18. Woodrow Wilson will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Mustangs come into the game with a 2-2 record after their 13-1 non-league win over Newport Harbor (Newport Beach, CA).
