California High School Softball - Oakwood loses to Vasquez

February 16, 2023: Acton, CA 93510

The Vasquez Mustangs softball team scored 18 runs and limited the visiting Oakwood Owls to 3 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Vasquez moves its record to 2-2 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Burbank (Burbank, CA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Saturday, February 18. The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 3-1. Burbank won 5-0 in their recent non-league game against Eagle Rock (Los Angeles, CA)

In their next game, the Owls clash with the Archer School for Girls Panthers (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, February 21. Oakwood will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Panthers come into the game with a 1-0 record after their 22-10 non-league win over St. Mary's Academy (Inglewood, CA).
