California High School Baseball - Westchester defeats Port of Los Angeles

Westchester Comets (Los Angeles, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Port of Los Angeles Polar Bears (San Pedro, CA), 9-4 in a non-league test.

With the win, Westchester upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Comets host St. Bernard (Playa del Rey, CA) to battle the Vikings in a non-league test on Wednesday, February 21. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 0-0.

With the defeat, Port of Los Angeles falls to 1-2 on the season. The Polar bears host Rancho Dominguez (Long Beach, CA) to battle the Lobos in a non-league test on Wednesday, February 21. The Lobos come into the test with a record of 0-1. Rancho Dominguez lost 7-0 in their recent non-league test against University (Los Angeles, CA)
