Chrisman Bears (Independence, MO) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Van Horn Falcons (Independence, MO), 72-42 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Chrisman upgrades its record to 12-12 on the season. The Bears host Grain Valley (Grain Valley, MO) to clash with the Eagles in a Suburban - White bout on Tuesday, February 20. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 13-10. Grain Valley lost 63-55 in their recent non-league bout against Central (Kansas City, MO)

Next up, the Falcons clash with the Lafayette Fighting Irish (St. Joseph, MO) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 22. Van Horn will attempt to upgrade on its 8-18 season record.
