Indiana High School Basketball - Cowan winner over Monroe Central

February 16, 2024: Parker City, IN 47368

The Cowan Blackhawks (Muncie, IN) basketball felled the host Monroe Central Golden Bears (Parker City, IN), 58-48 in Friday's league test.

The Blackhawks (8-11) will now prepare for their test against Union (Modoc, IN). The Rockets go into the Mid-Eastern test with a 3-13 record. In their last test, Union was beaten by Shenandoah (Middletown, IN), 91-41, in a league test.

The Golden Bears now own a 8-14 record. They play next when they travel to Union City for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 20. Monroe Central will encounter a Indians squad coming off a 76-53 league loss to Centerville (Centerville, IN). The Indians record now stands at 9-10.
