The Tyngsborough Tigers (Tyngsborough, MA) basketball crushed the visiting Gardner Wildcats (Gardner, MA), 49-28 in Friday's league test.
The Tigers (11-8) will now prepare for their test against St. Paul (Worcester, MA). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 9-9 record. In their last test, St. Paul walloped Lunenburg (Lunenburg, MA), 58-47, in a non-league test.
The Wildcats now own a 10-6 record. They play next when they travel to Lunenburg for a Midland-Wachusett C test on Thursday, February 22. Gardner will encounter a Blue Knights squad coming off a 58-47 non-league loss to St. Paul (Worcester, MA). The Blue Knights record now stands at 13-6.
