Ohio High School Basketball - McKinley ripped by Howland

The Howland Tigers basketball team scored 70 points and held the host McKinley Red Dragons to 38 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Tigers now sport a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ursuline for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 22. Howland will meet a Fighting Irish team coming off a 72-53 non-league win over East Liverpool (East Liverpool, OH). The Fighting Irish record now stands at 17-3.

The Red Dragons (5-16) will now prepare for their contest against Lordstown (Warren, OH). The Red Devils enter the non-league contest with a 2-15 record. In their last game, Lordstown was ripped by East Palestine (East Palestine, OH), 76-35, in a non-league game.
