The Merrimack Valley The Pride basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the host Souhegan Sabers to 44 in the The Pride league victory on Friday.
The The Pride now sport a 8-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kingswood for a Division II contest on Tuesday, February 20. Merrimack Valley will battle a Knights team coming off a 50-14 league loss to Hanover (Hanover, NH). The Knights record now stands at 7-10.
The Sabers (7-10) will now prepare for their contest against Manchester West (Manchester, NH). The Blue Knights come into the Division II contest with a 11-5 record. In their last contest, Manchester West dropped by Pelham (Pelham, NH), 57-51, in a league contest.
