West Virginia High School Basketball - Preston succumbs to North Marion

The North Marion Huskies topped the host Preston Knights basketball team by a final score of 63-47 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Huskies face the Oak Glen Golden Bears (New Cumberland, WV) in a non-league game, on Saturday, February 17. North Marion will attempt to move on its 7-11 season record. The Golden Bears enter the game with a 7-13 record after their 63-43 non-league loss to David Anderson (Lisbon, OH).

With the defeat, Preston moves to 6-14 on the year. The Knights travel to John Marshall (Glen Dale, WV) to face the Monarchs in a non-league game on Saturday, February 17. The Monarchs enter the game with a record of 4-15. John Marshall lost 91-60 in their recent league game against St. Clairsville (St. Clairsville, OH)
