Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Wabash Apaches (Wabash, IN) and the host Whitko Wildcats (South Whitley, IN), saw Wabash's basketball squad overcome Whitko by a tally of 44-36.

With the victory, Wabash improves its record to 16-5 on the campaign. The Apaches travel to Peru (Peru, IN) to confront the Tigers in a Three Rivers challenge on Friday, February 23. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 12-9. Peru won 72-64 in their recent league challenge against Rochester (Rochester, IN)

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Churubusco Eagles (Churubusco, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 17. Whitko will attempt to improve on its 15-4 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 6-14 record after their 61-50 league loss to Fairfield (Goshen, IN).
