Minnesota High School Basketball - Osseo can't hold off Anoka

The Anoka Tornadoes basketball team scored 71 points and restricted the visiting Osseo Orioles to 68 in the Tornadoes non-league victory on Friday.
The Tornadoes now sport a 14-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Champlin Park for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 21. Anoka will battle a Rebels team coming off a 30-28 non-league win over Totino-Grace (Fridley, MN). The Rebels record now stands at 9-15.
The Orioles (9-14) will now prepare for their contest against Maple Grove (Maple Grove, MN). The Crimson come into the AAAA Section 5 contest with a 20-4 record. In their last contest, Maple Grove edged Robbinsdale Armstrong (Plymouth, MN), 80-42, in a non-league contest.
