The Francis Scott Key Eagles basketball team (Union Bridge, MD), was toppled 44-35 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Catoctin Cougars (Thurmont, MD)
The Cougars now possess a 18-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Walkersville for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 20. Catoctin will confront a Lions team coming off a 53-49 non-league loss to South Carroll (Sykesville, MD). The Lions record now stands at 11-10.
The Eagles (13-8) will now prepare for their battle against Boonsboro (Boonsboro, MD). The Warriors come into the non-league battle with a 10-10 record.
