In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Thomas-Fay-Custer Terriers basketball team scored a good 39-26 triumph over the Cherokee Chiefs.
In their next game, the Terriers meet the Mooreland Bearcats (Mooreland, OK) in a Great Plains 7 match, on Saturday, February 17. Thomas-Fay-Custer will attempt to better on its 14-11 season record. The Bearcats enter the match with a 15-10 record after their 38-37 non-league win over Turpin (Turpin, OK).
With the defeat, Cherokee moves to 15-10 on the year.
