Missouri High School Basketball - Princeton can't hold off Lawson

The Lawson Cardinals basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Princeton Tigers to 61 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Friday.
The Cardinals now sport a 17-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mid-Buchanan for a KCI contest on Monday, February 19. Lawson will battle a Dragons team coming off a 40-23 non-league win over Wellington-Napoleon (Wellington, MO). The Dragons record now stands at 14-9.
The Tigers (18-5) will now prepare for their contest against Green City (Green City, MO). The Gophers enter the non-league contest with a 21-8 record. In their last contest, Green City nudged Linn County (Purdin, MO), 59-31, in a non-league contest.
