Florida High School Lacrosse - Oviedo drops to Boone

February 16, 2024: Orlando, FL 32806

In Friday's non-league test, the host Boone Braves lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-5 victory over the Oviedo Lions.

The Braves now have a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Dr. Phillips for a non-league test on Wednesday, February 21. Boone will face a Panthers squad coming off a 15-2 non-league loss to Timber Creek (Orlando, FL). The Panthers record now stands at 0-2.

The Lions (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Hagerty (Oviedo, FL). The Huskies go into the 2A D4 game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Hagerty nudged Seminole (Sanford, FL), 5-4, in a league game.
