The Granada Hills Charter Highlanders held off the host Garfield Bulldogs soccer squad by a margin of 1-0 in Friday's non-league match.
The Highlanders now sport a 16-2 record. They play next when they travel to El Camino Real for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 20. Granada Hills Charter will encounter a Royals squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Palisades (Pacific Palisades, CA). The Royals record now stands at 17-4.
With the loss, Garfield drops to 11-7 on the season.
