The Stanley Panthers softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Caddo Magnet Mustangs to 2 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Friday.
With the triumph, Stanley improves its record to 3-1 on the year. The Panthers host Quitman (Quitman, LA) to clash with the Wolverines in a non-league game on Saturday, February 17. The Wolverines come into the game with a record of 2-0. Quitman won 12-4 in their recent non-league game against Minden (Minden, LA)
In their next game, the Mustangs clash with the Zwolle Hawks (Zwolle, LA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, February 17. Caddo Magnet will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Hawks come into the game with a 2-0 record after their 9-6 non-league win over Northwood (Shreveport, LA).
