Connecticut High School Basketball - St. Bernard crushes Plainfield

St. Bernard Saints (Uncasville, CT) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Plainfield Panthers (Central Village, CT), 71-42 in a league bout.
With the victory, St. Bernard upgrades its record to 16-3 on the campaign.
Next up, the Panthers play the Tourtellotte Tigers (North Grosvenordale, CT) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 18. Plainfield will attempt to upgrade on its 6-12 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 6-9 record after their 61-57 league win over Lyman Memorial (Lebanon, CT).
