South Paulding Spartans (Douglasville, GA) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Carrollton Trojans (Carrollton, GA), 3-2 in a league challenge.

Next, the Spartans confront the Cass Colonels (White, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 18. South Paulding will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Colonels enter the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 3-3 non-league Pepperell (Lindale, GA).

The Trojans now have a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hewitt-Trussville for a non-league challenge on Monday, February 21. Carrollton will confront a Huskies team coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Hoover (Hoover, AL). The Huskies record now stands at 4-1.
