Birmingham Patriots (Lake Balboa, CA) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Eagle Rock Eagles (Los Angeles, CA), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Patriots confront the Palisades Dolphins (Pacific Palisades, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 19. Birmingham will attempt to better on its 9-11 season record. The Dolphins enter the challenge with a 14-2 record after their 5-1 non-league win over Chatsworth (Chatsworth, CA).
The Eagles now have a 11-3 record.
