Alabama High School Baseball - Saraland defeats George County

Saraland Spartans (Saraland, AL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting George County Rebels (Lucedale, MS), 10-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Saraland upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Spartans travel to Faith Academy (Mobile, AL) to battle the Rams in a non-league test on Monday, February 21. The Rams come into the test with a record of 0-1. Faith Academy lost 5-4 in their recent non-league test against UMS-Wright Prep (Mobile, AL)

With the defeat, George County falls to 1-2 on the season. The Rebels travel to Baker (Mobile, AL) to battle the Hornets in a non-league test on Thursday, February 17. The Hornets come into the test with a record of 0-0.
