The Mitchell Mustangs lacrosse team scored 14 points and held the host Berkeley Prep Buccaneers to 8 in the Mustangs non-league win on Thursday.
The Mustangs (2-0) will now prepare for their match against Jesuit (Tampa, FL). The Tigers go into the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Jesuit nudged Canterbury (Fort Myers, FL), 9-7, in a non-league match.
The Buccaneers (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Osceola (Seminole, FL). The Warriors go into the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Osceola was overwhelmed by East Lake (Tarpon Springs, FL), 9-8, in a non-league match.
