The Lampasas Badgers softball team scored 20 runs and limited the visiting Connally Cadets to 3 in the Badgers non-league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Lampasas moves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Badgers travel to Gateway College Preparatory (Georgetown, TX) to clash with the Gators in a non-league game on Friday, February 18. The Gators come into the game with a record of 1-1. Gateway College Preparatory won 4-2 in their recent non-league game against Manor (Manor, TX)
In their next game, the Cadets clash with the Ellison Eagles (Killeen, TX) in a non-league game, on Thursday, February 17. Connally will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Eagles come into the game with a 1-0 record after their 13-3 non-league win over Gateway College Preparatory (Georgetown, TX).
