Virginia High School Basketball - Appomattox County falls to Alleghany

In Friday's non-league match, the host Alleghany Mountaineers basketball team scored a good 61-49 triumph over the Appomattox County Raiders.
In their next game, the Mountaineers meet the Radford Bobcats (Radford, VA) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, February 21. Alleghany will attempt to move on its 11-13 season record. The Bobcats enter the match with a 18-4 record after their 49-24 non-league loss to Glass (Lynchburg, VA).
With the defeat, Appomattox County moves to 3-19 on the year.
