Moose Lake/Willow River Rebels (Moose Lake, MN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Barnum Bombers (Barnum, MN), 61-54 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Moose Lake/Willow River upgrades its record to 14-10 on the season. The Rebels travel to Pequot Lakes (Pequot Lakes, MN) to play the Patriots in a AA Section 7 bout on Friday, February 24. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 14-5.

Next up, the Bombers play the Hinckley-Finlayson Jaguars (Hinckley, MN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 21. Barnum will attempt to upgrade on its 13-8 season record.
