Harding Presidents (Bridgeport, CT) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Trumbull Eagles (Trumbull, CT), 75-66 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Harding upgrades its record to 8-9 on the campaign. The Presidents host Bassick (Bridgeport, CT) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 21. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 4-12. Bassick won 95-71 in their recent non-league bout against Prince RVT (Hartford, CT)

Next up, the Eagles play the New Canaan Rams (New Canaan, CT) in a Fairfield County bout, on Monday, February 20. Trumbull will attempt to upgrade on its 10-8 season record. The Rams come into the bout with a 11-6 record after their 66-48 non-league win over Ledyard (Ledyard, CT).
