The Independent Panthers (Wichita, KS) basketball crushed the visiting Trinity Academy Knights (Wichita, KS), 65-33 in Friday's non-league test.
The Panthers (17-2) will now prepare for their test against Medicine Lodge (Medicine Lodge, KS). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 14-5 record. In their last test, Medicine Lodge walloped Conway Springs (Conway Springs, KS), 57-35, in a non-league test.
The Knights now own a 8-11 record. They play next when they host Kingman for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 21. Trinity Academy will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 67-52 non-league win over Belle Plaine (Belle Plaine, KS). The Eagles record now stands at 9-10.
