The Lincoln Leopards tipped the visiting Solomon Gorillas basketball team by a final score of 58-56 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Leopards face the St. John's/Tipton Catholic Blujays (Beloit, KS) in a Northern Plains game, on Tuesday, February 21. Lincoln will attempt to move on its 8-11 season record. The Blujays enter the game with a 15-5 record after their 48-31 league win over Sylvan-Lucas (Sylvan Grove, KS).

With the defeat, Solomon moves to 11-9 on the year.
