In Friday's league outing, the Platte/Geddes Black Panthers (Platte, SD) basketball squad edged the visiting Wagner Red Raiders (Wagner, SD), by a margin of 60-54.

The Black Panthers (13-6) will now prepare for their outing against Todd County (Mission, SD). The Falcons go into the non-league outing with a 7-11 record. In their last outing, Todd County was tipped by Pine Ridge (Pine Ridge, SD), 67-49, in a league outing.

The Red Raiders now own a 8-11 record. They play next when they host Beresford for a non-league outing on Monday, February 20. Wagner will clash with a Watchdogs squad coming off a 71-52 league loss to Lennox (Lennox, SD). The Watchdogs record now stands at 14-5.
